2010 CASA Summer Camps

As part of CASA’s commitment to providing a high quality program which emphasizes the development of fundamental skills in a positive, fun-filled environment, CASA will be conducting its annual Summer Camp Program for interested players.

  • All players will participate in skill building drills and will learn tactics under game situations.
  • Kickers camp will focus on skills and small-side games.
  • Recreational/Player Development camps are designed for the player currently participating in the recreational soccer programs.
  • Travel Team camps are designed for players involved with travel, premier, select and ODP teams. Registration for travel team camps should be coordinated with your coach.

Kickers Camp Dates (U5 and U6 players)

The cost of Kicker's Camp is $60 for registered CASA players and $70 for non-registered players.  * Dates of July camp changed due to July 4 holiday.


Player Development Camps (Recreational Players)

Morning Aug 2 - 6 9:00 - 11:30 AM

The cost for Player Development Camp is $70 for players registered with CASA and $80 for non-registered players.


Travel Team Camps

U11, U12, U13 July 26 - 30 5:30 - 8:30 PM
U14 + Aug 2 - 6 5:30 - 8:30 PM

The cost for Travel Team Camp is $70.


Coaching Staff:

  • CASA’s Technical Director, Richard Chinapoo will serve as Camp Director. Richard brings over 25 years of Soccer Camp experience to this program. Some of Richard’s other accomplishments include:

  • ODP and USSF “A” Licensed Coach
  • Former Harrisburg Heat Head Coach and Player
  • Five-Time NPSL All-Star

Players will have the opportunity to be coached by past and present professional soccer players including; Larry Julius, Garfield DeSilva, Neil Cooper, Scott Orner and Dexter Francis. Other CASA coaches include; Jocelyn Weidner, Kosta Patsiopoulos, Taylor Bender, Tara Callahan, Eric McGinnis, Jimmy Fisher and Danika Hoffman

Required Equipment:

  • Each player must wear shin guards covered by soccer socks and sturdy sneakers or soccer cleats.
  • Players should bring water or a sports drink in a non-breakable container with their name clearly marked on it.
  • Players should bring an age appropriate soccer ball: size 3 (U8 and younger); size 4 (U9, thru U12); size 5 (U13 and older) with their name clearly marked on it.
